Who am I?

Hello hello and welcome to my blog!

Sorry this isn't the greatest picture ...

My name is Jennica and I'm currently a senior studying engineering science. I enjoy many things in life but the entries at the top of my list tend to be traveling, reading, cooking, cheese (of any size, shape, or color), hiking, photography, languages, mathematics, meeting new people, and my dog Butterscotch (who happens to be an excellent driver, even in a standard). If you have an interest in any or all of my favorite things, please let me know! I have this horrible habit of loving to talk so please don't hesitate to drum up a chat.

Butterscotch! Teaching my dog unusual tricks is another hobby of mine.

Now why am I here? I'm primarily taking this class because I find the way technology is shaping our world today perplexing, frustrating, and also fascinating. So I thought, "What better way is there to try and understand the effect these screens we are glued 24/7 have on our lives than to learn about how they shaping the laws and policy that govern us every day?"

  1. Your dog is probably a better driver than me haha. Where all have you traveled to (besides San Francisco)? I too cannot stop talking when it comes to travelling. I was born in Wisconsin so I appreciate you listing cheese as one of your interests!

  2. Hey Jennica, cool dog haha. Are you from the west coast or is that just a picture from traveling to San Francisco? I see that your taking this class because technology has a big impact on our lives. Yes, technology is changing the world around us everyday. Taking a deeper look into it is also a reason I'm taking this class like you.
